Clouds

Clouds is a series of  balancing sculptures, positioned to give the impression of weightlessness to the top and heaviest block.

The series is divided into three formations; Cloud (three concrete blocks) Raincloud (two concrete blocks and a steel frame) and Thundercloud (five concrete blocks and a steel plate) Designed for interior or exterior display. If left outside, the steel bases and steel work in the Rainclouds and Thundercloud will rust and over time have an effect on the concrete, spreading like a rain-made water mark across the cloud. If kept inside, the steel is of course a silver lining.
